We’ll start by getting to know you and your business. We want to learn about your priorities, your challenges, company culture to find the right solution for you.
- Our Talent Search:
We have an extensive network of highly skilled talent that we’ve spent time cultivating. We’ll take the time to consider applications that best fit your specific solution. Depending on the situation, we can be your outsource solution for the entire staffing process.
Once the candidate(s) is selected, we will handle the contract negotiation based on your parameters. We’ll also manage any other security screening requirements.
- Start work:
We’ll track your new teammate as they get up and running. We value open communication from both the client and the placed talent to ensure it’s a good fit for everyone.
We’ll be sure to be in contact with both the client and talent from start to finish. We do this for two reasons. First, we want to make sure both parties had a positive experience. Secondly, we want to know how Impact performed during the project. We’re always looking to improve our processes to help create mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the talent.
