Collectively, we have more than 20 years of recruiting and staffing experience in the finance, IT and human resources industries. We came together as a team of like-minded professionals driven to exceed client expectations and assist talent in finding their next great chapter.

Dave Fitzsimons
Co-Founder and Director of Sales

Dave got his start in recruiting 10 years ago after a successful career in a variety of sales positions. While he enjoyed the relationship building aspect of sales, he discovered a passion for solving talent challenges for clients and finding opportunities for talent another way to serve the business community.

As a United States Navy Veteran, Dave is committed to helping his fellow armed forces brothers and sisters through several organizations, volunteering and mentoring veterans returning to the workforce. When he’s not working, you can find Dave at home or on the soccer pitch with his wife and two kids.

Scott Belt
Co-Founder and President

With more than 25 years of finance and business management experience, Scott’s focus is on helping clients find the right candidate for highly specialized finance positions, from CFOs to bookkeepers. He has a successful track record of placing talent that exceed the client’s challenges while providing fulfilling assignments for the talent. His entrepreneurial mindset benefits clients by looking beyond the obvious solution to complex challenges with creative solutions. A native Oregonian, Scott spends his time on adventures with his wife and kids. Whether that’s coaching his kid’s sports teams, gardening, golfing, skiing or camping, the Belt family is always looking for new experiences.

Beth Wirfs
Recruiting Director

Beth is a quintessential “people person.” For almost 20 years, she has put her Masters degree in HR Management degree to work for a wide variety of corporate-side and recruiting firms. Her passion is getting to know the people behind the role, whether it is understanding the challenges of a hiring manager trying to fill a specialized role, or the career goals of potential candidates. She’s always looking for creative solutions to staffing needs across multiple industries. Beyond her creative thinking and attention to detail, Beth brings a deep understanding of multicultural workplace dynamics. Outside of work, Beth spends time with her husband and fur babies, Mack and Ted, camping in Central Oregon.

Kelly Lynch
Office Manager

Kelly was raised in Eastern Washington and relocated to the Portland area in 2001 to maximize his career in the construction industry. After 15 successful years in the industry, the  economic-financial crash in 2008 lead him to decide it was time to step away from construction and refocus on business and human resources management career.

Before joining the team at Impact, Kelly worked in several industries holding management roles in healthcare, hospitality, and executive recruiting. Kelly is extremely passionate about assisting small businesses to meet and exceed their goals. Kelly quickly became the glue that holds the team together and keeps our day-to-day operations in order for both Impact Recruiting and Impact CFOs!

In the summer months, when Kelly is not in the office he enjoys taking his two Boston Terrier pups to a dog park or on a hike. His favorite time of year is the winter months, as he is an avid snow skier and enjoys hitting the slopes up on Mount Hood.
