DaveDave Fitzsimons
Co-Founder and Director of Sales

Dave got his start in recruiting 10 years ago after a successful career in a variety of sales positions. While he enjoyed the relationship-building aspect of sales, he discovered a passion for solving talent challenges for clients and finding opportunities for talent another way to serve the business community.

As a United States Navy Veteran, Dave is committed to helping his fellow armed forces brothers and sisters through several organizations, volunteering and mentoring veterans returning to the workforce. When he’s not working, you can find Dave at home or on the soccer pitch with his wife and two kids.

ScottScott Belt
Co-Founder and President

With more than 25 years of finance and business management experience, Scott’s focus is on helping clients find the right candidate for highly specialized finance positions, from CFOs to bookkeepers. He has a successful track record of placing talent that exceeds the client’s challenges while providing fulfilling assignments for the talent. His entrepreneurial mindset benefits clients by looking beyond the obvious solution to complex challenges with creative solutions.

A native Oregonian, Scott spends his time on adventures with his wife and kids. Whether that’s coaching his kid’s sports teams, gardening, golfing, skiing, or camping, the Belt family is always looking for new experiences and lasting memories.

Beth Wirfs
Recruiting Director

Beth is a quintessential “people person.” For almost 20 years, she has put her Master’s degree in HR Management degree to work for a wide variety of corporate-side and recruiting firms. Her passion is getting to know the people behind the role, whether it is understanding the challenges of a hiring manager trying to fill a specialized role or the career goals of potential candidates. She’s always looking for creative solutions to staffing needs across multiple industries. Beyond her creative thinking and attention to detail, Beth brings a deep understanding of multicultural workplace dynamics.

Outside of work, Beth spends time with her husband and fur babies, Mack and Ted, camping in Central Oregon.

McKennaMcKenna Wale
Business Development Consultant

Mckenna was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest, born in Corvallis, Oregon, and moved to the Portland/Vancouver area in 2005. McKenna started her career in customer service and developed a passion for helping clients find solutions to fulfill their needs. After working in direct sales for five years, she felt the need to find a position in sales where she would make a significant impact on the lives that she touched. When she was introduced to Impact, she knew that recruiting was where she belonged.

Mckenna is an animal lover at heart and has quite the fur family! Two cats and three dogs ranging from 8 pounds to 98 pounds! That is one busy fur mama! When she isn’t working or playing mom to her small fur farm, McKenna enjoys weekend road trips with her pups and working on different art mediums.

Although fresh to the industry, McKenna has hit the ground running, knocking out goals daily. Her commitment, drive, and passion are undeniable, and we are excited to watch her grow and have her as part of the Impact family!

Crystle Manalo
Talent Sourcer

Crystle is a talented and dynamic Talent Sourcer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management.   She started her career in talent sourcing and recruitment, targeting managerial and executive level roles and eventually moving on to handling a wider range of roles for companies across various industries. Crystle has a thorough and process-driven approach to her work, and as she continues to grow in this field, she strives to further learn and sharpen her skills to reach more talents and provide her candidates the best possible career opportunities available. Crystle is a coffee-fueled, full-time fur mom of six cats and one dog. In her free time, you can find her at home playing with her fur babies, indulging in great films and music or going on road trips and food crawls with her friends and loved ones.
